Electrical Superintendent- Commercial Remodels

Bryan Electric, Inc. is looking for highly motivated, qualified project superintendents for our Night Shift Commercial Remodel Projects across the United States. We are a national contractor licensed in 32 States from Washington to Florida.

Applicant must have experience in running commercial remodel projects, coordinating with other trades, general contractors, and subcontractors

Compensation is determined pending qualifications.

Desired skills/experience

Manage up to 15 people
5+ years of experience running new construction or remodel projects
Read and understand blueprints
Competent with various project management software and electronics
Layout and coordination of underground, overhead, wall rough, etc.
Coordination with the General Contractor’s Superintendent and other trades
Coordination with Utility Company providers
Implement safety standards and procedures
State Masters or Journeyman Card (preferred)
Maintain contract schedule and budget with Project Manager
Turn in required daily reports, weekly timesheets
Operate various equipment (i.e. backhoe, trencher, scissor lift, forklift, etc.)
