Our company is a very family oriented atmosphere where our employees matter and are not seen as just a number. Family owned and operated from the start, we pride ourselves in being above expectations for our field of service. We pay travel perdiems, individual hotel stays, flights and transport, bonuses, medical insurance, match 401k options, paid vacation, time off and sick pay, IEC school courses, and have an overall genuine care and concern for you as an employee along with your family. We have had several employees that have had wonderful careers here at DC Power Specialist and have retired with us after a long and fulfilling career.
