Bid Coordinator

Seeking a bid coordinator to work with the estimating and project management department. This is a great opportunity for electricians who are looking to transition into an office role. We prefer candidates who have some field electrical experience.

Job Expectations: 

• Coordinate project bids and assist the project management and estimating teams.
• Oversee pre-con meetings to ensure successful hand-off from estimating to field.
• Collaborate with prefabrication and design departments
• Negotiate and resolve all customer concerns.
• Manage jobs closeout procedures.
• Develop/maintain network of professional relationships within our industry.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Electrical field experience (construction or maintenance) 
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word)
• Prior experience in electrical estimating software is a plus (EBM or similar electrical estimating program)
• Experience in Bluebeam is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
