General Maintenance Assistant

Job Description: This is a jack-of-all type position. Duties include, but not limited to, picking up trash, spraying weeds, planting flowers, watering plants, pruning shrubs, skimming pool, picking up & delivering materials, purchasing & returning materials, stripping wire, cleaning bathrooms, sweeping & mopping, getting gas in vehicles, doing errands, banking deposits, collecting mail, etcetera. Working conditions are outside and may be strenuous. A valid driver’s license is required.

We are a drug free workplace; therefore, all new employees must pass a drug screening.

Job Type: Part-time (7:30 – 12:00) Monday – Friday Approx. 20 hrs. per week

Wages: $12 - $16 per hour
