The way we balance the fast-paced demands of a high-growth company and sustainability is making family a priority Position Summary The Apprentice Electrician is a highly skilled and experienced professional who is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components. This includes working with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, designing and implementing electrical solutions, and ensuring that the systems meet safety and performance standards. EnviroSpark HQ is currently located in Atlanta, GA, but our projects span nationwide. This position must be open to traveling to job sites across the nation. Essential Skills and Experience 2+ years of electrical work experience Hands-on experience in electrical and troubleshooting experience, or related field service experience Self-starter attitude Adaptable to the changing dynamics of start-up business strategy Proven working experience in service operations Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Detail-oriented, resourceful, diligent, and able to operate independently with limited supervision (completing assigned work accurately and in a timely manner) Intermediate level computer skills Good driving record demonstrating the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle Able to travel to different cities and/or states due to projects assigned. Position Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Service is the core of the company, and it is being supported with software, project management, and equipment integrations that make the service division even more valuable to the growth strategy Key aspects of the work include diagnosing and repairing trouble with charging infrastructure in addition to handling regularly scheduled maintenance Repair, maintain, troubleshoot, and service electrical charging infrastructure using skills and tools that range from computer diagnostics to basic electrical tools Maintain detailed and timely documentation for repairs and installations Coordinate with third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Ensure that all services and projects are delivered on-time, within the scope, and within budget Ensure resource availability and allocation to satisfy the service requirements of our clients Manage a detailed service plan to monitor and track progress Measure charging infrastructure performance using appropriate tools and techniques Report and escalate to company management as needed Represent the company at client locations with the highest standards of professional conduct Perform risk management to minimize project risks Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency Perform other related duties as assigned Inclusion Statement: Diversity drives innovation; inclusion drives success. This includes working with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, designing and implementing electrical solutions, and ensuring that the systems meet safety and performance standards. The Master Electrician will also be responsible for providing technical guidance and training to junior electricians and engineers and serving as the lead on projects. Position Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Design, install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components, ensuring that they meet safety and performance standards. Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design electrical solutions. Compile data, such as labor rates, material prices, and overhead, to estimate the project cost. Evaluate and estimate the cost of electrical work. Provide technical guidance and training to junior electricians and engineers. Serve as the lead on projects, overseeing the work of other electricians and engineers and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Troubleshoot and diagnose complex electrical issues, and develop and implement solutions to resolve them. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the necessary materials and equipment are available when needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Stay informed of industry trends and developments, and ensure the company's electrical engineering strategies reflect these changes.
