Description

Job Title: Electrical Foreman

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Electrical Foreman to oversee our electrical projects and supervise the team of electricians. The Electrical Foreman will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical work is completed efficiently, according to code, and within budget. This individual will also be responsible for coordinating with project managers, conducting safety inspections, and providing leadership and technical expertise to the electrical team.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians on various projects
- Interpret electrical blueprints and specifications to delegate tasks and ensure compliance
- Monitor and maintain inventory of electrical materials and equipment
- Train, mentor, and evaluate electricians’ performance
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations
- Communicate with project managers, clients, and other trades to coordinate work schedules
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site
- Provide regular progress reports to project managers

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an electrician with some supervisory or leadership experience
- Thorough knowledge of electrical systems, hand tools, and electrical equipment
- Understanding of electrical blueprints and technical diagrams
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid electrical journeyman or master’s license
- OSHA 30-Hour certification is a plus
